Peter Nitz offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders via DHL Express. Your purchase will be carefully packaged in our signature gift box and delivered within 8 to 12 weeks. 

All import duties and taxes (including VAT) are NOT included in the purchase price. Please be aware of your countries import tax and duty.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.

Exchange Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us first to initiate a return - We will provide a return shipping label.
• Kindly be aware that returns will need to be sent to Romania, and return shipping costs will not be covered by us.
• Return shipping cost will be approximately USD$ 30.- 
• We will provide a return shipping label.
• Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange for your chosen replacement item.
• If the new item has a price difference, we will either refund the balance or issue an invoice for the remaining amount.
